Q1: Is there a charge for NterOne.TV content?
A1: There is a mix of both free and paid content. All are clearly marked.
Q2: How do I view an NterOne.TV session?
A2: Login to NterOne.TV with the account you used to register for your first session. There will be a list of your upcoming and past registrations. Click on the relevant registration link to access your content. The content will load in your browser where you can also go full screen by clicking on the icon in the bottom right of the video window.
Q3: What platforms are supported on NterOne.TV?
A3: PC, Mac, Mobile, and TV using Chromecast
Q4: My session is not loading. Any suggestions?
A4: It could be that you have a corporate firewall blocking the video feed. If you are remote, disconnect your corporate VPN and try again. A restart of the browser may be something you also want to try along with reboot of your device.
